Aroha joined Dixon and Co Lawyers in October 2018. Aroha grew up in South Auckland and graduated from the University of Auckland in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law and Arts. Aroha was admitted in New Zealand in 2016. 


Aroha has previously worked as the Māori Solicitor and Legal Educator at Waitemata Community Law Centre providing free legal advice and legal training on a variety of legal matters including employment law, consumer law, tenancy law, and basic criminal law.


Prior to joining our team, Aroha was a solicitor at Wackrow Williams and Davies in Auckland, who specialise in Waitangi Tribunal matters, Māori Land Court, Wills and Estate, conveyancing and commercial and corporate law. Her legal interest are Māori legal issues, employment law and general civil law.


Outside of work Aroha enjoys travelling home to the Bay of Islands, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her friends and whanau.
